How does black film biogas discharge slag?
Time:2023-12-06 16:51:09 Author:创始人

1. After the overall construction of the black film biogas digester is completed, fences should be added to prevent personnel from moving within the scope of the black film biogas digester (personnel are prohibited from walking on the covered membrane of the biogas digester except in special circumstances).

2. After the construction of the black film biogas digester is completed, if the biogas is not bulging and there is large surface water accumulation caused by rainy weather, drainage should be carried out immediately. If the depth of water accumulation exceeds 50cm, it will affect the service life of the biogas digester.

3. The inlet of the black film biogas digester is a channel for sewage to enter. It should be avoided as much as possible to prevent debris such as branches and plastic bags from entering and causing blockage at the inlet. If blockage occurs, it should be cleared promptly.

4. The slag discharge pipe is the outlet for the discharge of biogas residue inside the biogas tank. Under normal operation of the biogas tank, the slag discharge operation needs to be carried out every six months without a press, and once a year with a press. If there is a decrease in gas production or blackening of effluent quality before the slag discharge time, slag discharge should also be carried out.

5. The discharged biogas residue can directly enter the fish pond for feed treatment or be used as farm manure. The amount of slag discharged each time depends on the actual situation on site. When the slag outlet no longer discharges waste residue and black sewage is discharged, it is considered as the end of one slag discharge.

6. When the entire black membrane biogas digester operates normally, the biogas will fill the top membrane of the entire biogas digester to form a giant biogas bag. The amount of biogas stored in the bag can be adjusted according to the specific amount of biogas used (usually determined by the bulging height). Under normal circumstances, the bulging height of the biogas top membrane is 3-5m, and if it exceeds 5 meters, it must be vented.

7. If there is no exhaust, it is easy to cause the top membrane of biogas to be pulled out seriously from the anchoring ditch, which can cause the top membrane to rupture and thus affect the service life of biogas.

7. The biogas outlet is the way for biogas to be discharged from the biogas tank. Due to the large amount of water vapor contained in the biogas, over time, water vapor will condense on the pipe wall, forming water droplets that can clog the exhaust pipe. This requires drainage of the exhaust pipe.

8. Generally, drainage should be carried out once a month. If biogas cannot be discharged, drainage should be carried out immediately.
