1、 EVA waterproof board laying method:

1. Before construction, precise layout should be carried out, standard lines should be marked for trial laying, and joints should be minimized as much as possible.

2. Mark the centerline of the geotextile arch, align the centerline of the waterproof board with the centerline of the arch, and lay symmetrically from the arch to the two arch feet and side walls.

3. The EVA waterproof board adopts a nailless hot melt laying method, and the waterproof board is pasted onto the circular gasket of the plastic pad by hot melt method, so as to prevent mechanical damage to the waterproof board.

4. After laying the geotextile, in order to prevent the reserved steel bars on the low side wall from damaging the waterproof board, plastic sleeves or plastic sheets should be used to cover the steel bar heads before laying the waterproof board.

2、 Safety precautions to be taken during the laying process:

1. During the construction of EVA waterproof boards, strict management should be carried out on fire sources and combustibles. Fire sources and combustibles should be separated, and EVA waterproof boards are strictly prohibited from being stored in tunnels, let alone used as storage areas.

2. Smoking is prohibited and fire is prohibited within the scope of laying EVA waterproof boards. The EVA waterproof board trolley should be equipped with fire extinguishers and the person responsible for fire prevention should be clearly identified.

3. Before laying the EVA waterproof board buffer layer, the material should be checked for compliance, whether it has been excavated for a long time, and the exposed steel bar heads and sharp corners should be cleaned; Prevent scratching the EVA waterproof board and geotextile during laying.
