The anti-seepage membrane of the oil depot is mainly used for anti-seepage in the tank area of the oil depot, and its technical scheme is as follows:

1、 Tank area buildings and pipeline vertical shaft anti-seepage coating:

1. Welding can only be carried out after the anti-seepage membrane of the oil depot is firmly covered with the foundation of the tank bottom. The bottom is welded to the anti-seepage membrane of the tank area, and the upper end is anchored with a nail gun or using a lock anti-seepage process method, without nail shooting, to tightly combine the membrane with the tank body;

2. The walls around the sewage tank area and the anti-seepage membrane packaging of the sewage tank;

3. When laying the anti-seepage membrane for the oil depot on the surrounding walls, there should be a certain degree of expansion and contraction at the bottom of the wall, and then welding should be carried out. The bottom of the wall and the top of the pool should be anchored with shooting nails, or the anti-seepage process with locks should be used at the contact with the pipeline to prevent leakage;

4. When laying the anti-seepage membrane in the oil depot, it should be tightly covered with the trench bottom and then welded. After the geotextile is sewn, a 10cm thick cement should be applied to the trench bottom, and then KS adhesive should be used for bonding and sealing the gaps between the geotextile and the geotextile membrane;

2、 Requirements for laying anti-seepage membranes in oil depots:

1. Check the overlap width of the membrane, which should not be less than 80mm-100mm.

2. When laying the membrane, it should be relaxed as much as possible to avoid the membrane becoming suspended due to tension.

3. Reserve the expansion and contraction deformation of the anti-seepage membrane based on the characteristics of the on-site base and the anti-seepage membrane of the oil depot, according to the amplitude of local temperature changes.

4. Reasonably layout the position of each piece of material, striving for the minimum number of joints.

5. Reasonably choose the laying direction and reduce the stress on the joints. The joints should avoid bending angles.

3、 Tank area and sewage tank laying process:

Measurement → Film cutting → Laying → Trial welding → Welding → Self inspection → Repair → Packaging buildings → Anchoring, bonding and sealing → Acceptance

4、 Welding process flow of anti-seepage membrane in oil depot:

1. The membrane lap seam welding adopts a dual track hot melt welding machine, and the welding process is as follows:

Adjust the overlap size → Clean the weld interface → Hot melt welding → Visual inspection → Project department acceptance.

2. In areas that cannot be reached by repair, coverage, or dual track hot melt welding machines, plastic welding guns should be used for repair, and the welding process is as follows:

Film surface cleaning → Hot inner bonding positioning → Weld seam area roughening → Plastic welding gun repair → Appearance inspection → Project department acceptance.
